Partners in the ACE-Retrofitting project are seeking to support municipalities in launching energy retrofitting strategies for condominiums.
They developed a range of tools that notably help municipalities make the link between the demand side (co-owners, trustees, etc.) and the supply side (professionals).

The project EFFECT4buildings develops in collaboration with public building managers a comprehensive decision-making support toolbox with a set of financial instruments to unlock the investments and lower the risks of implementing energy efficiency measures (retrofitting, upgrading and deep renovation) in buildings owned by public stakeholders.

MOEEBIUS project faces the challenge of reducing energy consumption in the building sector, based on modelling optimization of energy efficiency in buildings for urban sustainability. ZERO-PLUS is a Project focusing on achieving near Zero and positive energy settlements in Europe using Advanced Energy Technology. Its goal is to provide the market with an innovative, yet readily implementable system for Near Zero Energy (NZE) residential neighborhoods that will significantly reduce their costs.
