The kick-off meeting of the PLURAL project “Plug-and-use renovation with adaptable lightweight systems”, was held remotely on 12th and 13th of October 2020 and was organized by the project coordinator National Technical University of Athens from Greece.     PLURAL project aims to design, validate and demonstrate a palette of versatile, adaptable, scalable, off-site prefabricated Plug-and-Use kits.

Many might expect near-zero occupancy to mean near-zero energy consumption, but new data reveals that this is not the case. In fact, many offices, shopping malls, and entertainment complexes are consuming 80% or more of their usual full-occupancy energy levels, highlighting huge cost implications for businesses, building owners, and the environment.
