The EU funded CHESS-SETUP  project (Combined HEat SyStem by using Solar Energy and heaT pUmPs) aims to design, implement and promote a reliable, efficient and profitable system able to supply heating and hot water in buildings mainly from renewable sources. The proposed system is based on an optimal combination of solar thermal energy production, seasonal heat storage and the use of highly efficient heat pump.

Questo rapporto dell'Associazione francese per le Pompe di Calore (AFPAC) riguarda la pompa di calore soluzioni per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria nelle abitazioni. Queste soluzioni sono poco conosciuti e poco utilizzati. In un contesto in cui l'acqua calda sanitaria è diventata un problema per la riduzione del consumo di energia degli edifici residenziali, questo documento intende presentare una sintesi dei sistemi disponibili, così come un certo numero di esempi in cui essi sono utilizzati.

Questo rapporto, pubblicato dall'Associazione francese per le Pompe di Calore (Association Française des Pompes à Chaleur - AFPAC) si occupa di ibridi con pompe di calore per le case. Un ibrido pompa di calore integra un aria-acqua pompa di calore e caldaia, con un controllo che garantisce la simultanea o in alternativa il funzionamento dei due generatori di calore. Il sistema fornisce riscaldamento e acqua calda sanitaria per abitazioni nuove o esistenti.
