This building was build in 1970 and is located in the north east France Initial state : Building envelope : External walls are made of hollow bricks (thickness = 25 cm ) with no insulation material. The flat roof and the ground floor are made of two concrete slabs (thickness = 20 cm) and are not insulated. Windows are made of polyvinyl chloride with double glazing. Building envelope This one storey house was built in 1981. It is located in the <-xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />north west France. Walls are made of concrete blocks with 4 cm of an intern insulated material. Windows and patio doors are in wood with single glazing. The ground floor is build on a crowl space (8 cm insulated material) and there is an attic space (4cm insulated material) HVAC Systems
