The new CHARIER headquarters in Coueron, was developed to bring the location of business decisions closer to the main partners and customers of the company.
The main features of the building, designed by Paumier Architectes, aims to represent the company specificities and strengths. In fact, the composition of the construction is around a courtyard that highlights the know-how of the company adjoining the building's exhibition hall.

For a couple of decades, many in the real estate industry have been trying to make buildings “green,” replacing conventionally made materials with sustainable ones and installing energy-efficient systems. Buildings have a heavy environmental footprint, so the upshot of all this tinkering has been structures that are less harmful to the planet.
Now some developers are going further with “deep green” buildings that are actually good for it.

The building has been nominated for the BREEAM Energy award 2020 and it is a very ambitious construction in the city centre of Warsaw. The location was originally occupied by a block of flats of 10 floors built in 1960, that was demolished in 2017, in order to enable the construction of the new complex, more in line with the new needs of the Warsaw’s office market.

The project embraces the thorough renovation a building from the 1930s. The CPAS of Forest Municipality of Brussels brought together its various services there in 2005. To preserve the façade (exterior walls, windows and doors), the walls have been insulated from the inside by 20 cm of cellulose.
