The iPHA Community Meet Ups are a series of free, digital events every second Monday at 9pm CEST. They feature a short talk by a Passive House expert from the iPHA network, followed by time for a discussion. Hosted via GoToMeeting, the meet ups provide the international Passive House community with a place to catch up during this increased time in home office.

In short: there has never been a better time to future-proof our building stock. The recent 23rd annual International Passive House Conference in Gaobeidian, China not only highlighted the international applicability of the Passive House standard, but also the enormous opportunity it presents to reduce CO2 emissions in the building sector.

The brief was not just to see if it would be possible to achieve a positive primary energy rating, but also to be as autonomous as possible in terms of heating, cooling and electricity.

This was supported in a significant way also by the FOR WOOD Trade Fair where more than 70 firms were presenting their products and services this year.
