This includes Design, Build and Finance (“DBF”), and in some cases, Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”).

The permanently increasing urbanization can be driven to more sustainability by ecological concepts for mobility, energy-efficient buildings and intelligent energy supply. Intelligent energy supply had also been the main subject of the well-attended “Sustainable Energy in Buildings and Urban Areas” Symposium (SEBUA 2012) which took place in Kusadasi near Izmir/Turkey from October 14 – 20, 2012.
