I would be interested in knowing the state of knowledge , dissemination, actuation of its objectives and scope. In particular whether the calculation of the global cost in terms of net present value for each reference building is underway. As far as Italy is concerned, the regulation is still generally ignored and I believe that its adoption will face severe hindrances, not only at the administrative and political level…..
