Data that will boost the transformation of cities

Data processing is essential for the good management of cities. With the launch of the Building Market Brief Report (BMB) project in 2017 in Switzerland and then the City BMB tool on a European scale, EIT Climate-KIC and CUES Foundation & partners have the ambition to compare cities with each other using data to accelerate the energy transition. The aim is to inspire authorities showing and sharing sustainable solutions that could match in equivalent cities. Two years later, pilot projects are beginning to show results in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy and Spain.
