Szeptemberben kezdődtek az észak-rajna-vesztfáliai Beckumban Németország első 3D nyomtatóval épülő lakóházának munkálatai. Alig 2 hónappal később pedig már a második lakóépületet, egy 5 lakásos társasházat építenek az új technológia alkalmazásával a bajorországi Wallenhausenben.
