Is there a European standard or ETAG that covers aluminium composite panels with PE core material?

I am looking for a European standard or ETAG that covers aluminium composite panels like Alucobond, Reynobond, Alpolic etc...

I have been informed from the companies mentioned above that each country in the European Union has individual standards regarding this type of cladding, and that there does not exist a harmonized standard. Can anyone share more information about this subject? Can a cladding manufacturer/installer obtain CE Marking without an existing ETAG or EN for these products?
