This Victorian property in the centre of Chorlton had spent many years serving as 5 apartments. During this time many original features had been lost. The proposal is to return to the original use of two semi-detached homes and reinstate the beautiful original façade.

By the end of 2019, Member States are required to notify their policies and measures and explain how they add up to meeting the energy savings requirement set out by Article 7, as part of their integrated national energy and climate plans (NECPs). Over the period from 2021 to 2030, the total amount of energy to be saved in the EU under Article 7 equates to more than three times the annual energy consumption of France, meaning that it will be a key contribution to meeting the EU 32.5% energy efficiency target and to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The Oxygen Office Building project, ideally located in the city of Brussels between the Royal Park and the Squares District, and between the Arts-Loi and Maelbeek metro stations, aimed the construction of a new low footprint office building replacing one that had become obsolete.
Thanks to a staggering of the roofs, the new building joins the different reference heights of neighboring buildings. The roof also serves of support for a green roof as well as for a high yield photovoltaic production (112m² - 22.5 kWp).

Sulgrave Gardens comprises 30 family homes in four blocks with a mix of typologies (houses, apartments and maisonettes) and tenures (9 homes for affordable rent, 13 for shared ownership and 8 private houses) in a conservation area in West London. At the time of certification, Sulgrave Gardens was the largest Passivhaus development in London. The scheme is arranged in four blocks. Two are Passivhaus certified and two designed to Passivhaus principles.
