The building, a residential construction designed by DMDV Arquitectos and built in 2020, represents an exemplary nZEB with that reached also the certification of Passivhaus Plus.

This tool was developed following the Retrofit for Future (RfF) programme launched in the UK about ten years ago, when £17m have been allocated by the government for increasing the energy efficiency of the building stock.

ince September 2017, consumer organizations in 6 European countries have guided consumers through all the stages leading to the purchase of domestic renewable and efficient energy technologies. To facilitate the consumer journey, the project launched group purchases, which lowered the costs of the equipment and guaranteed a fair deal for consumers.
