Tržište obnovljivih izvora električne energije je posljednjih godina doživjelo neočekivano ubrzanje i prekršio još jedan godišnji rekord u 2016. godini. Glavni pokretač tržišta prošle godine bio je solarni fotonaponski sustav, koji potiče rast obnovljivih izvora energije u svijetu.

Analiza i prognoze za 2O22 Novoimenovani Renewables 2017 izvješće Međunarodne agencije za energetiku (IEA), nekad pod nazivom Srednjoročni izvještaj o tržištu obnovljivih izvora energije, daje detaljnu analizu tržišta i pregled kapaciteta i proizvodnje energije, proizvodnje biogoriva i potrošnje topline, kao i prognoza za razdoblje od 2017. do 2022. Ovogodišnje izvješće također daje dodatnu analizu o doprinosu električnih vozila na obnovljivom cestovnom prometu i na off-grid solarnom tržištu u Africi i razvoju Azije.

FOSTEr in MED  project aims to promote the adoption of innovative solar photovoltaic (PV) technologies in the Mediterranean area. The project adopts a multi-layer strategic approach, with the involvement of the local stakeholders, in order to ensure that the results of the project activities will have a multiplicative effect at the Mediterranean Basin level, in terms of outcomes replication, dissemination and transferability of results both beyond the partnership and after the end of the project.

On 14 July 2017 a settlement of plus energy houses was inaugurated with a ceremonial key hand over to the building owners. All 13 houses (nine single-family houses and four double house halves) fulfil the efficiency house plus standard defined by the German Building Ministry. As such they generate more final and primary energy from renewable energy sources than they consume if balanced over a year. This includes also the household electricity use.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Indian Energy Policy and Programs has selected 13 tribal energy projects to receive funding of $7.8 million. The projects will install energy systems on tribal buildings and on community scale for beneficiary tribes and Alaska Native villages that provided matching funds. About 6.3 MW of PV will be installed on more than 3,000 buildings and save the benefitted communities more than $2 million per year.

Savezna vlada regulira financijski program za baterije u vezi s fotonaponskih (PV) panela. Oslanjajući se na visoke potražnje, financijske program će biti znatno povećan. Stope subvencije će pasti od listopada (ranije nego što je planirano), jer se baterije postaju jeftinije i jeftinije. Od početka siječnja do kraja 2017 3,200 subvencije mogu već usklađeni. Financijski program se provodi Кфв.

The online “calculator”, which was only accessible in the US, has now reached Europe, starting in Germany   Despite increasing talk about renewable energy, many people remain far removed from what’s going on.
