ReUSO XI

The objective of the congress is to deepen, in the international context, knowledge and intervention strategies related to the conservation and enhancement of architectural, urban and landscape heritage.

The congress aims to bring together the international academic community interested in scientific dissemination and offer a space for the debate on issues related to the documentation, conservation and reuse of architectural heritage, but also guarantee an opportunity to disseminate the results of research projects and share experience in teaching ideas.

ReUSO CÁCERES 2023 has as objective an analysis of the practical procedures for the valorization of the historical architectural heritage in the diverse cultural contexts to promote considerations on musealization and on the flexibility of the new functions planned for the architectural heritage in relation to market variations. Its objective is an analysis of urban strategies and technological aspects related to the recovery of what has been built with the aim of disseminating theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the improvement of construction practices to reflect on the compatibility of interventions in relation to the cultural and material value of heritage all the world actions balance on our testimonials of the past
