The "APIVITA Hive" is located in Markopoulo Mesogaias, Attica (Greece) and is the company´s headquarter. A BREEAM assessment has been carried out to improve the sustainability and performance of the building. The assessment allowed to evaluate the management and operation of the building with the goal of future infrastructure investments.

As the building hosts 305 employees, it was very important for the company to improve their well-being (e.g. though lighting control and increased rest areas). The BREEAM assessment provided various benefits to the company, such as increased awareness and knowledge of the building´s performance and usage. This led to a 55% reduction in energy consumption.
