The European Commission in cooperation with the European Innovation Council and Small & Medium-sized Enterprises Executive Agency (EISMEA) have developed a strategic framework to improve training in health and safety in construction.

The Construction Blueprint project has led this initiative, aiming to address the skills gap in the sector. To do so, several modules have been produced navigating health and safety issues divided into 3 main sections: Materials, Operations, and Waste.
