Making buildings ´intelligent´, not just ´smart´

In order to fight climate change, it is essential to make buildings not only smart, but even intelligent by integrating and optimising individual smart controllers.
Editorial Team

As the EU mandates efficiency improvements for buildings to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, the Estonian start-up Bisly aims to advance building intelligence to fight climate change. The Tallinn-based firm integrates smart controllers for HVAC, lighting, and security into a single platform, making intelligent buildings cost-competitive with conventional construction.

With projects underway with over 25 real estate entities, Bisly plans to expand its market engagement in Europe, focusing on the Nordics, DACH region, and the UK.
