Editorial Team

The HP4All project aims at boosting demand for skilled heat pump professionals and to improve the end-user´s awareness about this technology. The project focuses on residential and non-residential buildings.

To do so, the project:

  • has developed a market analysis of the EU heat pump market and the different stakeholders
  • has analysed three pilot regions: Austria, Ireland and Spain.
  • has developed a replication strategy

To help with the replication process, the project has developed the HP4All package, which is a set of tools and resources tailored for different stakeholders. It specifically includes:

  • pilot activities, awareness and training materials
  • heat pump competency framework
  • digital heat pump knowledge hub
  • heat pump benchmarking tool
