EuroCommerce and the European Consumer Organisation (BEUC) have released an informative brochure with tips for consumers to save energy, as part of their European consumer awareness campaign. The brochure collects measures that private citizen can take in their households to reduce their energy costs and to transition towards a more sustainable way of life.

Tips tackle aspects such as the usage of gas heating and water, the storage of food and use of home appliances such as the dishwasher and the washing machine, and cooking suggestions to decrease gas and energy consumption.
